gettin paid

I just got a paycheck in the mail this weekend for an assisting gig I did at the beginning of the month. In three days of work I got basically twice as much money as I'll be getting in a two week paycheck for the job I'm currently holding.
I've been on the fence about assisting (or at least trying to be an assistant), but it's hard to argue with a job that I enjoy doing (especially more than sales) that pays well.
Mixed feelings in general but checks in the mail are always nice.
