The Orwell Diaries

One last late-night link before I really get down to managing all the images I've been meaning to post to this blog.

Starting today (Saturday), George Orwell's diary will be published daily in blog format. It's an interesting way of presenting work created generations ago. In fact the first diary entry was written exactly seventy years ago today and mainly deals with a snake encounter. As a compilation, I think I would probably avoid this body of work, but broken up like this I'm looking forward to his entries showing up in my feed reader every day.
