Instapaper is a great web/mobile app that allows you to quickly save webpages to read later. I've been using Instapaper Pro for the past week or so and it's really changed my reading habits online. I first read about it on Adam Lisagor's page, he was most excited about the tilt-scrolling feature, which uses the accelerometer in a really innovative way, but the app's presentation of text feels overall very solid and straightforward. Google Reader has a really nice mobile web app but Instapaper has the benefit of faster and easier offline reading. Instead of starring a post and forgetting about it, I can leave my bookmarks easily accessible, offline or not.
